We will provide you with an estimate at the outset based on the information you give us and whether you are obtaining a mortgage. These fees apply to individuals; additional charges may apply when we are acting for a limited company.When we receive the papers, we may need to revise the original estimate if the transaction is more complex than first anticipated or if there is a gift element. We will keep you informed about the progress of your transaction, as well as any variation in fees or additional charges which may arise.

Remortgage conveyancing fees start from £700 plus VAT, with the final cost depending on the complexity of the transaction. Additional disbursements may also apply, such as Land Registry fees or search costs.
