We will provide you with an estimate at the outset based on the information you give us and whether you are obtaining a mortgage. These fees apply to individuals; additional charges may apply when we are acting for a limited company.When
we receive the papers, we may need to revise the original estimate if the transaction is more complex than first anticipated or if there is a gift element. We will keep you informed about the progress of your transaction, as well
as any variation in fees or additional charges which may arise.
